The past few years have been difficult for many of you, CoVid 19 has kept me from traveling as much as I would like. I have also recently been diagnosed with Rhuemetoid Arthritis. In my case it is affecting my hands and wrists. As you can image, this has a significant impact on my ability to take pictures.
This diagnosis has had its ups and downs and it has only been five months! While working with my medical advisors to find the right combinations of medication to control the pain and flares that occur, changing my eating and exercising habits has also impacted my daily life. During this time, I have been reviewing my photography and have realized that the focus of my work has also changed.
I have transitioned from mostly portrait photography to taking images that reflect my environment. Depending on where I am in our country, I could be shooting nature, wildlife or landscape, many time all three throughout my excursion. As a result, I have decided to change my website to reflect my work.
In reviewing my images, I can see how I have changed focus and improved my skills with the help of my photography tour guides.
Should all my medical needs be under control, my next planned trip is scheduled for November 2022. In the meantime, I am going to share my past excursions and images with you.
I hope you enjoy this adventure as I re-live my travels and revise my website.
